Jared Mahone

“Verizon’s first “Indie Icon”, numerous songwriter awards, and a musical appearance on Katie Couric’s daytime talk show are just a few of the honors in Jared Mahone’s adventure as an independent touring artist. Frequent attendees of Natalie’s Music Hall may be familiar with Mahone as a native of the diverse Columbus, Ohio music scene raised on a steady diet of Midwest corn and Franklin County concrete. You can hear Mahone’s music on CD 92.9 FrontStage program, WCBE public radio, and WOSU’s Columbus Neighborhoods show airing on PBS. He returns to the main stage with a looper for his one man, storyteller show.
